The Center for Continuing Education, in cooperation with the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, organized an awareness workshop entitled “Domestic Violence” on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The event was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Rabee Hazem Salman, Vice Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, along with a number of university staff. The workshop was delivered by Lieutenant Haneen Behnam Jajo from the Community Police Directorate / Hamdaniya Office.
Workshop Objectives
The workshop aimed to:
Raise community awareness of the risks and consequences of domestic violence.
Clarify the legal frameworks related to domestic violence.
