The center’s divisions work collectively to plan and implement training programs, workshops, and seminars, while managing supporting operations and procedures to ensure smooth and high-quality execution in line with the center’s objectives and standards. Their roles are integrated in identifying needs, designing training packages, organizing schedules and communications, measuring impact, and driving continuous improvement—all of which contribute to capacity building and expanding institutional and community impact.
