Under the patronage of the President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, Professor Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Sliwa, and the supervision of the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahlam Dara Aziz, the Continuing Education Center, in cooperation with the Joint Coordination and Monitoring Center Unit and the Department of biology, organized a scientific workshop entitled “The Impact of COVID-19 on the Course of Life.” Assistant Lecturer Sara Abdulwahid Mohammed, a faculty member in the Department of Biology, delivered the workshop.
The workshop aimed to highlight the health and psychological effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, analyze its social and economic dimensions, and discuss the accompanying technological and environmental transformations. It also encouraged participants to think about solutions and policies that support public health and sustainability.
